Early morning flowers, the garden is no longer focused on vegetables and fruits, late summer brings the rein of the flowers. They have been waiting quietly for their chance and not take it. An old fence acts as a defence, protecting a small plot from intrusion.

The End of Summer
They year the compost piles build up, and often are topped by dying plants and plants struggling to survive just another day or two. As the season goes on, there is a change from vegetables to flowers as what’s left in the garden changes day by day,
