Waiting As The Snow Approaches

Early morning, just after we changed our clocks in British Columbia for the last time. I find myself in the garden waiting for the sun. A little sunlight suddenly shows through a break in the clouds. It is only a few meters wide here on the ground. The sky is still dark. In the end, no snow. Just wind, cold nd two wild pheasants flying overhead scaring me to death.

Trees of Tokyo

A small group of trees from my project “Trees of Tokyo.” This project focuses on unusual trees in unusual places.

The Sidewalk at Night

At night the city has a different feel. Objects seem to become something other than what they were during the day.

The Rock Along the Pathway

A large rock along a pathway by the river, how much of it there is unseen, I don’t know. Usually it is covered with kids, as we are still close to the parking lot for the trailhead.

Desert Turnaround

Driving through the desert in Arizona there are these places where several paths and roads seem to come together. Usually very deserted their is a sense that something has gone on here, but we just won’t ever know exactly what.
